An amazing place!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Casa Riviera in Santa Barbara! It is beautifully designed with modern, tasteful décor and high-end finishes throughout. The spacious bathrooms felt like a luxury spa, and the huge bed with its quality mattress gave us some of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Every detail has clearly been thought out for both comfort and style. The management team was equally impressive—professional, responsive, and timely in all their communications, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re planning a trip to Santa Barbara, do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Riviera. It’s truly the perfect home base for enjoying this beautiful city!

Casa Riviera is a gorgeous, quiet updated property in walking distance to downtown SB/State Street. We loved our stay. One recommendation for coffee - we loved Handlebar coffee and walked there every morning. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s literally a hidden gem. People probably are avoiding booking it because there aren’t a lot of reviews that’s simply because it’s brand new and it definitely looks and feels that way. It was so clean and it was perfect location and space for my family. I absolutely will only stay here going forward when I am visiting Santa Barbara. Easy check-in, great amenities, perfect location and amazing communication from the staff.

Everything checked out great! Only issue was room didn’t feel as clean as it should’ve. We could still feel the sand and dust on the floor from previous stay.

Really beautiful new renovated property. The space is very modern and nicely designed with fully updated bathroom and kitchenette. Very accommodating with my dog and with offering a solution when the parking structure was being repaved. Close to the beach and shops, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again in SB!

The property is so clean and new, exactly as pictured. Well appointed and had everything we needed, plus extras like a toothbrush for our son who forgot his. The location is so close to everything, but quiet because it’s not right on State St.

Classic Santa Barbara exterior with contemporary interior. Very clean, lovely view of Santa Barbara hills from balcony. Comfortable bed with fluffy comforter. Nespresso w/pods a nice touch. Mini kitchen w/refrigerator & microwave. A couple blocks from State St. Everything in "like new" condition.

I was hesitant to book them at first since there was no reviews. But it’s because they’re a new property. Everything about our stay was great including amenities, cleanliness, and location. It was only 5-10 min walking to downtown and there are lots of great shops and restaurants nearby so we didnt even drive for the 2 days while we stayed. The only problem was i booked for a unit with 2 br 2 ba initially but i was double booked with another person so the manager offered me 2 separate units right next to each other. They also promised me an induction cooktop since these units didnt have a full kitchen like the other one…but it wasnt in our unit when we arrived so we called them and they ended up delivering it a few hours later. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and i really appreciated the prompt response from the manager.
