The location of the main buildings across the street from the beach is great. The restaurants and public spaces are beautifully designed. The pool area is nice with an ocean view. However, the Palmoro House building is down a back street 1.5 blocks from this with a homeless camp across the street. It also faces the freeway…not desirable.
