The room, furniture and carpet completely outdated. Carpet coming apart. As we walked in strong order and the cherry on top was the roaches. We asked for a different room which was somewhat better this room too had roaches.

Remember the saying “you get what you pay for” as you enter the lobby (no smile/no welcome/looks slightly annoyed you interrupted them) and also the room (clearly not had a deep clean in a while, worn and tatty furniture, dirty filters in ac etc). Then remember you’re paying $48 in the Palm Springs market which has ballooned in recent years. Accept this place for what it is, rinse off, go out and grab dinner and drinks, crash and leave early enough in the morning so it won’t leave too much of a scar on your memory of your trip PS. Expectations set and this is a great choice for those who are on a budget and don’t care where they stay.

Staff gave another customer the same key as mine and he tried to enter which was a breach of my safety! Not to mention I was provide dirty bedding which i only noticed as I was checking out. I emailed my concerns to not receive any response back. I tried to get in contact with a manager for a full refund and the lady at the front desk keeps giving me the runaround!

Avoid this place. The hotel is old, dirty, and neglected. The room smelled musty, had visible mold, and I found blood stains on a pillowcase. That alone should tell you everything. On the second night, my key card stopped working because the door lock battery was dying, which is basic maintenance they clearly don’t keep up with. The lobby smelled strongly of weed, the night staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. This property desperately needs a full renovation. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.
