"Arrived on March 14, 2026 morning staff was not friendly and rude. We asked about an early check-in and some questions was given attitude. But then I met an afternoon staff, and she was wonderful and greeted us and helped us with our stay. She also upgraded our room to a mini suite which was nice of her. "

"The resort looks gorgeous, the grounds are well maintained. It is pleasure to walk around. I wish there was some hiking trail since there are 30 acres of land and walking outside of the property is very unpleasant due to heavy traffic and minimal sidewalks availability. The pools are pleasant. The staff told us that the water is changed at least daily, but we noticed that it is done once a week. I wish they maintained the smaller pools with thermal water more often. The room cleaning was very minimal. We had to ask to vacuum our room after stepping on sharp object. We really appreciated the fact that we had robes and pool towels unlimited. The food in yhe resort is way overpriced, the coffee shop had very limited choices and paying 10-15 dollars for a cup of coffee was unpleasant surprise. The good part is, there is Trader Joe's just 7 minutes away by car ( we used Uber) where you can get everything for daily meal/snack choices for quarter of the price and much healthier choices. I wish there was little kitchenette in the room to make iy more comfortable for the guests. The cafeteria tables need a little more cleaning. Nobody cleans those after each guest use. Hence, flies and stains of food on every table. "
