"For the price I was paying ($360) I felt that the bay view would have been great. The room was dark and smelled a bit musty, there were no elevators for reaching the second floor, the view was very obstructed, furniture was dinged up, carpets were worn and had some stains, and the room felt like what I would expect from a dated older hotel primarily used for low budget business stays (approximately $70-200 price point). I will say that they opulent entry into the front drive-up was very nice, the facilities looked good and the service was still top-notch level which is what I usually expect from staying at other Hyatt hotels. The manager let my wife and I leave our room for no charge and we were not met with any uncomfortable pushback on our decision to stay elsewhere."
