Blood stain on my sheets. Very disgusting. Called the front desk at night,asked what time breakfast was she said 6am. Ut did not open till 6:30. I jad to leave at 6:30 so i ouclnt have breakfast.veryx dissapoint in this expensive dirty hotel

Located across from Back Bay and near paved trails not your typical suburban location. However also near takeoff path of John Wayne/OC airport. Restrictions keep flights grounded until 7am but you do not need an alarm clock after that. Charging guests $33 to park in their lot also irritating.

It took me 3 hours to get to the property and after spending $400 for a bay view room the hotel staff told me as she passed me my room key that I was getting a view to the parking garage. The room smelled strange and there was no toilet paper in the room. The tv in the bedroom area did not work. Very disappointed.

It’s an average place to stay... I did not like that when we checked in as a group, our rooms were scattered and we were told that we were all going g to be in the same floor...
