The amenity of the jacuzzi was subpar. The jacuzzi was on and warm, but dirt collected in bottom with no filtration. There seemed like dry dirty towels left on a chair next to jacuzzi, made it uncomfortable to relax, was also subpar. Disappointing.

Rooms are good but the windows have NO sound proofing! Barely got any sleep because of the noise from the highway and overall. Super loud. Staff support is poor. My wife had to leave our baby in the room while he slept unattended because the front desk refused to bring any water up to our room for his feed, while I was away. Front desk lady was extremely rude. Hallways smell like cigarettes, rooms have a stench and just overall not a place for a family. Would not recommend.
