Love this property! We have been coming here for several years because the rooms are clean, water pressure is amazing, every year the included breakfast adds something new and better, the pool area is wonderful, staff is cheery and friendly, and they now have huge, wall-mounted tv’s. Also, the mini-fridges are a really good size. My only slight negative is that the beds are a bit too firm for my taste, but my husband disagrees.

Checked us in. We go to room which was a home from front desk. Carry all our stuff to second floor (no elevator). Room hasn’t been cleaned. Home all the way back to front desk. Guy says it will be minimum 30 minutes for a room which is hour past check in time. Finally get to new room. Reeks of sewage. Power off and on all night. Terrible experience and staff does not care about your inconvenience whatsoever.

Specifically had requested for a dust free/ clean room since my daughter is super allergic to dust. The moment we stepped into our room we could smell the dusty carpets and she started sneezing. The sheets on one of the bed did not look clean.

Very unfriendly check in. When I asked if there was a tub in the requested 2nd floor room, and she said no, and I looked disappointed, she stated, “you look really angry” and went in from there. We had been moving for 3 days, and were really exhausted and were very much looking forward to relaxing in the tub. Seemed bizarre to personally comment in a negative way to a guest, in front of her family and others. The room was okay, not totally clean, and the sink had a large 14 inch crack, probably not hygienic. Nice garden view…

The staff at check in was friendly and they were kind enough to allow us a late check out of 12:00 instead of 11:00. Though we didn’t stay for long we thought the hotel looked quite nice the front desk and common areas were clean and it was nice admiring the pretty flowers and fountain. We also enjoyed the free breakfast, there were quite a lot of options to chose from and it tasted good as well. Along with the proximity to lot of stores and restaurants and the beach is a pretty close drive as well. We definitely will consider coming here again. :^)
