Service was a zero! We happened to be there while a few basketball teams were also staying! Very noisy! Did not sleep ! Staff was non existent

The heat did not work . Very cold and they never put order in for a microwave. I ask for a manager and manager never called .

Great place to stay in Laguna Niguel

Pros: Staff is friendly and just nice to sit around the lobby instead of the room.
Cons: Make your check in area a little bigger. Seems kind of crowded having three people work at the counter.
Location: Irvine Spectrum and a few parks around the area
The hotel has a nice lobby area. There are places you can just sit around and work on your computer or just relax and read a book. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. To me, its very affordable to stay there. Its also to get to the freeway from the hotel.

Great redo on an old neighborhood hotel.

The staff was absolutely flawless. Friendly and helpful and loved our dog! The room was spotless and comfortable.
