"This is an aged property that suffers from very mediocre maintenance. My room showed rusty plumbing fixtures, faucets that do not stop the flow of water, TV remote that only worked after I installed my own new batteries. The sliding glass door to the deck could not be locked so I used a walking stick to keep it secured. There is coffee (not good coffee) but no tea. The referigerator was unclean inside. The room is very spaciouse. Its furnishings included a sofa that is stained. The materilas used in a past "upgrade" are very low budget. There is more to say, but to end this report I'll say that the "complimentary breakfast" was simply dismal. All of the above for nearly $280 a night. NOT RECOMMENDED"

"Nothing was working properly didn’t change my room "

"The outside of the Casino is nice and well maintained. The inside of the Casino was average. Some areas had musty odor. Even though I saw staff members always clean they can improve the smell. As for the room it was very disappointing. We were offered a view of the mountains and we ended up with the view of the parking garage and there were a few crickets we found in the room. They offered to switch us rooms which again offered a different view and ended up with the view of the top parking garage. Shower head had the worst water pressure. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointed. "

"Was ready to come and relax.. but was not ready for the spills and chills we got from the overall lack of cleanliness. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating, but we didn't have much of an option available since the place was booked and each floor was about the same as the previous options. "

"Our stay here for 5 nights was absolutely great. When we entered our room, we quickly learned that the AC unit wasn’t working properly. We alerted the front desk, and while we were out for a couple of hours, we returned to our room and found that the entire unit has been replaced with a new one — both the panel and the vents!! Phenomenal and quick solution. A couple of days later, we asked about room service and they said we just needed to give them a day’s notice. Totally understand that nowadays, so we just asked for a couple of fresh towels. They said they’d drop them by the room for us. When we returned, we had the towels — and the entire room had been cleaned and serviced. A total surprise and GREAT customer service. We didn’t run into a single unfriendly staff member the entire stay — from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast staff. The rates were great for being a block or so from the Pacific Ocean and overall it was a great, great experience. Kudos to all of this hotel. "
