"Always great service. Suzie and Lucas had great customer service. During Christmas they were low staff on housekeeping and gave us a letter to let us know they were just doing light cleaning. Always clean and nice staff that work there."

"We loved our stay at the Seabird!! We are locals and were here one night for my husband's 50th birthday. They comped our parking for the occasion and gave us a free glass of champagne at check in - great start! They also decorated our room with a Happy Birthday sign, balloons, and other decor. The hotel lobby is beachy, relaxing, and decorated with fun, whimsical art, plus at least 6 Christmas trees for the holidays. I loved the calm library room and enjoyed the gym. My husband had a very nice massage at the spa and said it was the most relaxed he'd been in a while. :-) It's great being able to walk across the street to the beach, the boardwalk, and the pier, plus the cool restaurants and bars on Mission Ave. It's also a very short drive to some great restaurants in downtown Carlsbad. We didn't have our kids with us, but they also have a kids play room, a pool table in the commons area, and a nice pool with jacuzzi. It's clean, beautiful, and the staff was all very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again!! "

"We had a great week in Oceanside. The unit was clean, well stocked with everything we could need, organized and smelled clean. For not being a very big unit, it took care of us very well. We met the host who introduced himself, he lives on site, and was very friendly and informative. We would stay here again. "
