This property location is in an unsafe neighborhood at night time. I want to file a formal complaint with this property. I felt very uncomfortable for our safety. We could not find any parking at all at 1030pm and the property did not monitor the number of cars per room. We chose the 'Ramada' for its prestigious name only to be super disappointed as we will never book a hotel with them ever again. We had to stay on the phone for over an hour for assistance to relocate to a safer area. All we wanted was a safe place to rest. Now we are afraid we will not receive a refund from the property since we booked with travelocity but paid at the property we have to follow up on our own to get a refund. This whole experience turned into a major disaster.

My family and I loved it but there was a worker/employee with curly hair that was running all over the hotel and at one time she just stuck her head right in our room for no reason at all. Other then that it was a great stat and will definitely be staying there again.

Near the beach for a good price. Needs a little cleanup on the outside, but room was clean and staff was very friendly.

Nice but when I went for breakfast at 9:00 most of the food was gone 😩 also some of the furniture was scuffed and the sheets were not soft.
