I needed a microwave but the Hotel does not supply them. I had to go down 6 floors to the lobby to use the one in the common area. There were no rods to hang used towels, only one hook. The screen on the sink faucet was clogged and water barely came out. In all fairness, I didn’t report the sink issue until we checked out so I didn’t give them a chance to fix it. Expedia said that they provided robes, but they didn’t. They only proved two bath towels, in most hotels they provide at least 3 or 4 bath towels. Their website said they had coffee in the common areas, but they took it away as soon as the restaurant opened. Neither my husband nor I liked the pillows, they went flat too easily.

The hotel it self was nice. I didn't like the unexpected charge/hold on my card upon check-in. I stayed a total of three nights my room was not serviced daily, i had to walk the hallway the first 2 days asking housekeeping to take the garbage and replenish towels. The last day i called the frontdesk and they sent someone with a few towels, he wasnt prepared to seevice the room when he came so he had to come back then all he did was take out the trash. Service wasn't the best.
