No Ice Machine and the tub drained very slowly. Mentioned it to the desk and it was not taken care of before we left.

Very run down. Rude front desk. I wound up going home. I needed a good nights sleep because of loud neighbors. I want my money back. I saw a roach in the room. No way was I staying there.

Our car was broken into by a homeless person. The front desk called us at 4am to come down. The security guard was amazing but the police never came. The guard caught the woman before she was able to steal anything. Found a roach in our bathroom. Breakfast was hit and miss. The waffles were great but something was wrong with the hash browns. They also were out of coffee when we were there. I’m sure they brewed more.

First parking is crazy not enough spaces for guest. Plus I called before booking to make sure hot tub and pool work. Hot tub not working. Was going to book or extend stay but not willing to work with customer for discount or price match which I found on line for same property. Leaving today
