*IMPORTANT*
- If you are over 6' tall, you will hit the roof if you go to the upstairs area of the loft, the ceiling is 6' high upstairs.
-Be very careful when climbing the ladder. We are not liable for any injuries sustained during your stay.
- Location is very lively and you will see people constantly.
- Floors have a bare cement finish. If you walk barefoot be aware that cement leaves stains on feet or socks. Please be assured we do our best to keep the place 100% clean.
- There is one dedicated parking spot with a parking fob we provide. all other cars must pay for parking at the structure. Fob only works for one car, wont work for more.
- there are restaurants and bars downstairs. It WILL GET NOISY DURING THE DAY. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the best fit.

Not what you expect

I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit.

Great Location

The space is clean, we’ll equipped and right in the middle of the best that Santa Ana has to offer. Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. A fantastic experience overall.
