When we first walked into our room there was a musky smell. When it was time to get in bed I noticed the sheets were dirty. It looked as though the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. I went to the front desk and asked if they could sent someone to change the bedding. I was told there was no staff available to change the sheets but that I would be provided with new ones so I could change them myself. I was told I should have new bedding in about 5-10 mins. An hour later the maintenance staff delivered a quilt. We asked for new sheets and pillow cases. The gentleman brought "new" sheets and pillow cases. As I was opening the sheet to place it on the bed I noticed the sheet had blood stains. At which point I contacted Travelocity about my concerns and desire to checkout from this hotel. Thoroughly disappointed with the stay & cleanliness at this hotel!!! We ended up booking a new reservation with Comfort Suites just down the way. So HAPPY with that decision!!!

We will continue to stay here for future trips, because the hotel is safe and clean, breakfast is included, and there is a nice gym (bike, treadmill, dumbbells, exercise balls). I didn't run into anyone suspicious. The rooms resemble a small studio with open space near the couch. And there is a water station in the lobby to fill our hydroflasks.
However, the bathroom is too close to the bed for my liking. The staff is not friendly here at all. Patricia at the front desk was particularly unfriendly to guests. At night time, it looks like they hired pre-teens to man the front desk.

Patricia at the front desk was delightful. She went out of her way to accommodate an early check in and we were appreciative.
The property desperately needs care. Walkways, elevator floors were filthy. In the room the toilet seat was 2 inches too small and it slid all over the place. The bathroom door was a barn style sliding door and was not wide enough by an inch so no privacy. Location was convenient and I felt safe having my car parked there.

The parking lot was absolutely full the night we arrived. The place was quiet though our bath tub did not drain well. The bed was well used as it was too soft for us. The night manager did not inform me to place the parking permit on our car's window so we were fortunate that our car was not towed.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
