We love Embassy Suites, but this stay was very disappointing. At check-in we were told the AC was broken on one of the hottest days of summer. The first room we were given had trash and belongings in it, and our second room had a dirty bathroom with peeling paint and hair in the drain. Trash and food were also left in the hallway. Not up to the usual Embassy standard.

Very nice room with lots of bathroom counters space. Lots of road construction around the hotel but the noise wasn't audible inside the hotel. It just made it a little bit difficult for me to find my way around. Overall, a great place to stay.

The first room was dirty, with stained sheets and I asked for a new room it was better but still not clean. The restroom was gross, not clean. I do not thin staff puts attention into cleaning. The room is an attempted update, but really dated. It is a very convenient OC location, but after the 2nd stay we will not return. The mattress was also as hard as a rock, very comfortable 2 day stay I was miserable. The only win was the omelette was made with love at breakfast from the sweetest staff. I would not recommend this hotel there are much better hotels in the are for the same price.

expedia says airport shuttle starts at 530am, fron tdesk told me not till 9ish. came back to check out in evening and front desk said shuttle wasnt available. Room looked very old and rundown. noisy as well seemed like some rooms nearby were being worked on.

This was a very run down room. It smelled like mildew. The ac did not work, I could feel springs in the bed, the windows did not close properly so it was noisy, and the hot water didn't get hot.

Always ask questions before accepting a room!

I should have known better! When I was assigned a room, I didn't ask any questions. I didn't ask, "Is this room right next to a giant pump that will run ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT? I honestly think that rooms that are adjacent to VERY noisy machinery should be the very last rooms assigned to anyone and only in desperation. I also think that folks at the front desk who are assigning rooms should have to go stand in the rooms that have a questionable location. They need to know exactly what they are assigning. I should have requested a room change, but my daughter (who has a disability) was exhausted and would not have moved easily. Fortunately, I do bring earplugs.

We checked into our bedroom quite late coming from a wedding reception. We got ready for bed and fiddle with the air conditioner because we found the sliding glass door open when we arrived in our room. The air conditioner never kicked on and the two dresser drawers were a jar. They would not stay closed. We tried calling the front desk a dozen times and nobody answered so I went downstairs in my pajamas to let them know the air conditioner was not working. They moved us to another bedroom that was a downgrade from what we had. The air conditioner worked, but the nightstand drawers would not stay shut and kept opening on their own. Also, the bathroom floor was filthy and looked like it needed to be scrubbed. We usually have such a good experience here!

The property is way below Hilton standards. Needs lot of work in room. Bath door broken ( slam and close). Bathroom corners have dirt and mold. A/c doesn’t work. Beds are horrible ( sqeaking) every time you move. Curtains torn. Refrigerator doesn’t close. Went down to summit our complaint to manager and he apologized saying it is under construction but don’t rent these kind of rooms at the beginning. He did a parking credit. Please don’t rent these bad rooms until work done.
