Had to switch rooms 3 times. Rooms were dirty. Had hair on the shower floors. Rooms were not vacuumed. Carpet on the floor was stained. This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. There is absolutely no way this is a 4 star hotel.

Property was great. Super clean. The staff were rude. I opted for the digital key but stopped by the desk to ask about parking and the staff kept saying “ID, ID please.” When all I asked was for parking info. Wouldn’t speak to me without my ID. I gave them my ID then they changed their demeanor after seeing my status I assume. Another encounter with staff was when I came to the cafe during business hours and the staff (different person) yelled from across the room saying it’s closed and she didn’t know when it will open. Horrible and rude customer service for the hospitality business.
