Overall good property. Breakfast is decent. One issue I had was the bathroom toilet clogged easily and the flusher tank took so long to fill up. We were out while it was still clogged. I assumed that if the cleaners came and saw that the toilet was clogged, that they would notify maintenance. However they did not, and we came back to our room and it was still clogged.

Flawless Experience!
David (I think) and Téa, from the Yugioh show of course, we’re very welcoming at the front counter. The two kitchen workers in the back during dinner were excellent as well. They all provided exceptional service that you can’t find just anywhere. This will be my go to when’s we I’m in the area from now on. Clean rooms, free breakfast and dinner, great staff. Those are key for me.

I was given a room above the loft-like cafeteria area. There were a large group of loud people to talked very loudly past midnight. Also, the trip button on the electrical outlet in the bathroom kept loudly popping on and off. It was not a restful stay.

Overall, it is a fantastic hotel for family. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was big enough for family to move around. The breakfast was fine but not something we utilized much. I want to emphasize something about the location. It is in a very nice area quiet and safe. However, it is surrounded by toll freeway which is something not the hotel can control but something to be aware of. We have been going in and out the hotel a lot (family travel) and each way is about $4 and that adds up. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

The people here are just so awesome and totally kid friendly. Our former home had flooded and suffered extensive water damage due to the owner neglecting to repair a freezing A/C condenser; which resulted in our stay. To say I'm stressed is an understatement so to experience such care and concern is such a relief. It really is the small things that make a big difference. I had been super sick 4 days in a row and they had slipped a note under my door to make sure I was ok. It really is the totality of everything that has made our stay awesome.
