Only one working elevator in the whole building. There was Hundreds of people using one elevator! The elevator inspection certificate was expired! I’m not one to complain, but I’ve never been in a hotel that only had one working elevator!

Overall happy with our stay. The location is not in a walking friendly neighborhood so if staying only inside, this will do. During our stay only 1 out of 2 elevators is working. We learned that it’s been many weeks in that condition. I wish I knew about this and won’t choose the highest floor. The young lady who checked me in was much more pleasant and friendly than the last time. Breakfast options is good, too. There were many items to choose from and coffee was much improved.

The hotel itself is clean and upgraded. But we did have an issue with the next door neighbors dogs barking all morning and night for hours, I sent a message to the hotel staff and did not get a response.
