Got there received keys to a room that had not been cleaned this was at 5pm, went back to front desk received a different room keys did not work went back to front desk had to wait for house keeping to finish all rooms on 3rd floor all this was after 5pm

Everything about the stay was fine except loud noise during the day right outside my window, I could hear conversations of the workmen (in spanish) I would visit Fairffield again but after construction is complete, also I had plans to spend a little time poolside, but the pool was closed. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Shower was really uotstanding. good stay, thanks

Construction everywhere; Couldn’t even see out a window bc scaffolding and tarp over the windows. TV initially didn’t work. There was no notification until after booking (and non-refundable), and no opportunity to cancel.
