There were kids above us that were LOUD and HORRIBLE and wouldn't stop. We called the front desk 4 times before they finally did something about it. It was after 2 AM when they finally stopped the noise. It was horrible. We will NOT be staying there again. When we complained the next day we were told they were sorry, but nothing else about stopping it or anything to make it better. NOT happy. Would NOT recommend this place if you want quite nights rest. They have groups of kids coming all the time and the kids do not seem to be well behaved. We have stayed at many hotels and this was by far the noisiest by far. There was no reason for it to continue until after 2 AM

Very little about the property to dislike. Good location, full amenities, only downside was paying for parking which seems to be a more common practice at many hotels. At least the parking options were above average with normal parking lot parking as well as underground parking.
