"The room was very noise but everything else was great"

"The outside of the Casino is nice and well maintained. The inside of the Casino was average. Some areas had musty odor. Even though I saw staff members always clean they can improve the smell. As for the room it was very disappointing. We were offered a view of the mountains and we ended up with the view of the parking garage and there were a few crickets we found in the room. They offered to switch us rooms which again offered a different view and ended up with the view of the top parking garage. Shower head had the worst water pressure. I wouldn’t stay here again. Very disappointed. "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The beds and sheets were not clean, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The service was also poor—staff were not helpful or attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant was also very bad, with low-quality food and unpleasant service. Overall, I would not recommend staying here."

"If you want to avoid the casino crowds and stay at a peaceful resort, Pala Mesa Resort is the spot to stay! In the area for a wedding at the Ethereal Gardens, just ten minutes away, Pala Mesa Resort was the perfect location. The room was spacious and comfy! The resort supplies the room with Bodyography shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and massage bars. The shampoos and conditioners made my hair lush and soft. We needed to attend the wedding at 3 pm, so required an early check in at noon. They were able to accommodate us at an additional cost, but it made it convenient and gave us the ability to freshen up after our long drive. Thank you to the courteous staff member, Mackey, who helped make it happen! Wish we had more time to enjoy the resort, but I recommend the Pala Mesa Resort if you’re attending a wedding at Ethereal Gardens. "
