The most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty carpets, the walls show huge stains from previous leaks , everything musty and stinky. The room smelled and we had to keep balcony open all the time, even though it was chilly. Shower was never hot, there were not enough towels.

I will start with positive: The people at the front desk were helpful and the pool was nice. In general, this hotel needs reparing/updating, or demolished at all. The carpet was stinking. No hot water in the shower. The hair dryer was out of order. The toilet was clogged. The laundry room and elevator were out of order. No chairs or table in the balcony: no place to dry swimming suits. There was no electricity over night, and the food in the refrigerator was spoilt. The superviser begged me not to go online and promised a refund for one night, but that was a lie. I waited for about 10 days and now you can read my evaluation of this hotel which I would never recommend to any one.

We booked a poolside room and when we went to check in there were no more pool side rooms available, this wasn’t a big deal for us, we got a room facing the parking lot but it was a bigger room, unfortunately tho the air conditioner was broken and we had to be moved to a different room, the maintenance/security guard help us with that transition and it was smooth, the next room was nice and was a pool view which we preferred, unfortunately the toilet clogged after one flush and we could not get a hold of the front desk before we decided to finally go to the jacuzzi, on our way down we noticed how disgusting the carpets are in the stairway/hallway, they need to be replaced asap, we decided to leave in the early morning instead of staying to swim because we didn’t have the best experience, we are hoping for a better experience next time, the property is beautiful

I’ve run into this a lot with my Expedia bookings and deals. I was just in London and booked through Expedia and was given the creepiest room that smelled horrible. We had to move rooms now again I book a wonderful deal through Expedia only to be given a room that smelled like there had been a fire in it and I’ve been to Miracle Springs for years now. This is the first time I’ve ever been given a room that smelled so horrible.. When I book through Expedia for now on and I get to the hotel lobby, I’m going to tell them behind the desk, not to give me the crap room, cause I’ll just be back to Ask For for a decent room.

I enjoyed my stay here as a solo holiday traveler. It is a vintage property which I don’t mind, and the hot springs is amazing. I had a professional massage too. Good value for a budget traveler like myself. Everyone who worked there was pleasant and helpful. Fortunately it wasn’t too crowded either.
