The pools were clean but starting to show their age. The staff at first check in were to busy yelling at a customer on the phone they didn't even acknowledge that I was there . The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance. The pools are in desperate need of maintenance. One good thing was the restaurant. Dinner was great and so was the service

I wasn’t aware medium age of travelers is like 80. Rooms are VERY outdated. They say there are 8 pools. More like one pool and 7 hot tubs. The Capri restaurant on site has great food at affordable prices. I see some reviews saying food is expensive but I’m not sure where u get a breakfast for 10-12$ or dinner sub 20 that tastes absolutely amazing..

I always like coming to this hotel for many years. It was very nostalgic for me because I would come to SHS with my family when I was a child. And I understand this is an older hotel and people come here for the Hot Springs and I have acknowledge that. This last time was not good at all when I walked in I can tell that someone used the bed before we got in like someone took a nap on it. At night, the people next-door were playing super loud music to the point that the room was vibrating. I called the front desk they didn’t go say something for almost half and hour. After a couple hours of no music, it was on again then the tv was on for hours after that. Sound shouldn’t go through walls that bad and hotel should do something about it.

Mineral pools working 24 hrs, restaurant on a site - pretty good, good service. Very reasonable price for the room, pools and in restaurant. Location is OK, I did not walk around, so not too much to say.

Needed major updating. The balcony creaked and felt unsteady stepping on it. The walls and carpet were filthy. Look like there were blood stains in the carpets. Weird white stains on the sofa and bed ruffle. The bathtub had stains.
