The pools were clean but starting to show their age. The staff at first check in were to busy yelling at a customer on the phone they didn't even acknowledge that I was there . I wasn’t aware medium age of travelers is like 80. Rooms are VERY outdated. They say there are 8 pools. More like one pool and 7 hot tubs. The Capri restaurant on site has great food at affordable prices. I see some reviews saying food is expensive but I’m not sure where u get a breakfast for 10-12$ or dinner sub 20 that tastes absolutely amazing..

We had a good stay at Miracle Springs Resort & Spa for a night as part of a bigger trip around California. The pools/spas were amazing, and our whole family loved it (we got in after dark, and I didn't think we'd be able to swim so was very pleasantly surprised to find out they were heated!). That was pretty much the main perk. The room itself was run down, which doesn't bother us but I think if you're looking for an updated/new feeling hotel this is not the place for you. Beds were comfy, and balcony was cool as well.

We loved the hot tub /pool /spa. The check in staff could have been much more welcoming and informative about the property and amenities. The 2 times we dealt with front desk not friendly at all. David from the bar/restaurant was absolutely fantastic and very nice person. Spa staff was great as well. Carpet needs major upgrade in all areas sorry. We did luv the experience with hot spring
