I was promised a refund by the manager who checked me in and also worked in evening around 11 pm as the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them and were surely not changed from the previous guests. Also the shower head kept dripping water the whole time and shower was dirty upon our arrival. Carpets in room were dirty and vanity bottom shelf in bathroom was not cleaned with old dust on it. I guess I was fooled by the pictures on Expedia. Nevertheless, I am now waiting for my refund.

I stayed at Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa and was very disappointed. This isn’t really a resort or even what I’d consider a true 3-star hotel — it felt more like a basic motel with a few rooms that have in-room spas. The online photos and TikTok videos make it look far nicer than it really is, which was very misleading. I booked a suite for around $300, and it absolutely wasn’t worth it — honestly, even $150 would be too much. The bed in my suite had a lot of hair on it — not just one or two, which is already unacceptable. It made me so uncomfortable I couldn’t even sleep. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and comfortable resort experience, I would not recommend staying here.

It was an ok place. This hotel is pretty far from Palm Springs and is fairly isolated where it sits. Cannot easily walk to anywhere to get food or water. They do not have anything onsite except for a small vending machine for the whole hotel. Room was average and mattress sunk a little in one place where I slept on it. Room wasn’t ready until over an hour after check in time. Toilet was stuffed most of the stay. Location, room and hotel is average at best.
