I was promised a refund by the manager who checked me in and also worked in evening around 11 pm as the bedsheets were dirty with hair on them and were surely not changed from the previous guests. Also the shower head kept dripping water the whole time and shower was dirty upon our arrival. Carpets in room were dirty and vanity bottom shelf in bathroom was not cleaned with old dust on it. I guess I was fooled by the pictures on Expedia. Nevertheless, I am now waiting for my refund.

I have stayed here before, the main reason for staying is the heated mineral pool and hot tubs. I would give it a higher rating but for two things. The floors and walls are very thin and you will hear noisy neighbors, i had three very noisy nights and two quiet nights, so it's just luck, what neighbors, if any you have. Secondly, the TV's are old school, not smart, no apps or connectivity. Most people who travel, like me like to watch their subscribed apps, Netflix, Prime, even you tube, etc, who watches basic cable anymore. You can buy smart TV's as big or bigger than the ones here for about $145 from best buy, so i think smart TV's with apps and connectivity is an expected minimum these days for in room entertainment.

Hot Springs for the People

Really enjoyed my two night stay here. It’s all about the mineral hot springs, which were utterly intoxicating and rejuvenating. Staff are delightful too. Hotel is very clean. Wifi was an issue. Would stay here again.

I booked the Theme room! I was very disappointed with the room. There was nothing special about it except for a picture on the wall. I wanted a special room since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Roxanne (2nd front desk clerk) who I let know I was disappointed and wanted to be moved to a regular room and a refund she actually gave us an upgrade to a mini suite. Which was nice.

My room was very spacious and the personal spa was amazing. I could just sit in privacy and relax. The outdoor pool and spas were very nice as well. Fun seating area with a fire pit and comfy chairs to relax in. I arrived full of tension and pain and left with less tension and recharged! Thank you !!

The Air-conditioner sounded like a washing machine. During the day it was fine but good luck trying to sleep and yes we said something about it but they are all old and was nothing they can do it. It is what it is. One and done staying there.
