Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location - just one street over from downtown Palm Springs and numerous restaurants. Pool area was clean and set up was great...spent most of time there. Enjoyed having the 2 chairs outside our room for sitting during evening as weather was wonderful. Bathroom a bit dated, but entire room is well maintained and clean...glad there was no carpeting. Definitely plan on staying here again when we visit Palm Springs.

The property was very clean and nice. The location was perfect and we walked into downtown multiple times a day. I didn't like that when we forgot our toothpaste the first night, they didn't have any to give us. The next day we realized they had a small marketplace just off the lobby and we could have purchased some for a ridiculous price, but they didn't tell us that.

A nice getaway spot in a convenient location

Pretty chill vibe. Clean, big room. Nice balcony with seating overlooking the pool. Staff was friendly and responsive. Room walls were super thin and the rooms themselves very echo-y (tall ceilings, hard floors), so noise bleed between rooms was pretty bad. Pool was clean and easy to get seating. Would be nice if extra towels were available at the pool. Great central location close to all the goodies downtown. Limited but easy parking. There's a resident dog named Max! So that's bonus points. :)

The property was very nice and had great amenities. Best part is the location. Walkable to most of the downtown area. My only negative is that parking is limited but there still is plenty of other parking areas in the area.
