I’d say the hotel has definitely aged but the property was managed well and I’d say I wish the pool vibes were the same as before. Other than that it was a great experience and getaway for my birthday :)

Okay, to be fair, it is off season, however the web site did not indicate that everything would be closed. We got there on Sunday before Memorial Day and there was a DJ and the pool bar was open. However, come Monday, the hotel was pretty empty. No pool bar, no restaurants , no bar inside, no coffee, nothing! There is an area for essentials, but nothing special. I really thought we were going to get room service! (as the web site indicates) The pool area was never cleaned again after the party on Sunday. (we were there until Wednesday) The day beds and cabanas are filthy. The sheets are ripped, stained, mix mathched cushions, broken ceiling fan, holes in the cushions, spilled drinks and empty cups and cans everywhere. There was trash on the grounds (we picked it up if we saw it), we never received housekeeping once. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't shut and there was food debris under the beds. They had a very small staff on the preimse due to off season, I just wish the website was clear about that. However, the shuttle did pick me up (the shuttle desperately needs a wash), the ice machine worked, the hotel is near everything which was great. The hotel could have potential, it needs a make over and new management.

Great location in downtown PS. Very slow and poor service as seem to be operating all the time with skeleton staff. Literally looked like there was no staff on hand. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily or towels exchanged. Front desk staff seemed bored and disinterested in doing their job for most part. Bar staff in hotel lobby were constantly awol and disinterested, very poor.

Loved our stay at Hotel Zoso! All of the staff were kind, friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome. The room was a good size and comfortable. The hallways and outside areas were just slightly dated, could use a little glow up, I hesitate to even mention it, but just giving a little constructive criticism. We would stay again, DEFINITELY not a deal breaker and we look forward to our next visit.

Very nice hotel walking distance to everything. Valet staff and service was excellent the second we pulled in and including checking out. The gentleman that checked us in and out was extremely nice and helpful. The bed in our room was exteremly comfortable. Bathroom was slightly outdated but very clean. Came to celebrate my granddaughters & daughters birthday on Memorial Weekend and the bar at the pool was only open on Saturday & Sunday. No pool service on Friday or Memorial Day on Monday, no music, just flat out boring!!! The bar inside was closed. I was extremely disappointed!
