The staff lacks customer service. Check in process should be smoother. Pool area very limited seating almost forcing clients to pay for cabanas that have no shade and longer chairs above 300 plus. This place focus is on getting clients drunk with high price tags. No real sense of luxury or service in the pool area.

Formerly the Hard Rock Hotel, is walking distance to downtown Palm Springs and the casino. Great location for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Good size pool for sun bathing and poolside bar. Although, the rooms are due for renovations. Overall, would stay again.

We loved the convenience of the properties location. Very friendly respectful staff. Loved that the 24 hour valet parking was included with the stay. We didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant on the property. No continental breakfast. Coffee shop on property only had 2 options of danishes and the coffee was horrible. The room coffee and creamer were the worst I ever had. Room was a bit runned down and things were noticeable not repaired correctly. Pool area was messy and not kept up for the entire day. No pool side bar available, no lobby bar/lounge service available. We felt fortunate that we missed the heavier weekend crowd and mess.
