The room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in sometime and the in-room Keurig did not work. The room decor was very tired. Noise from their night club was apparent in the guest rooms until very late. The kitchen/dining room was closed for a private function, however there was no function. Bottled water that was to be given out at the Front Desk had no bottles available and unfortunately the gift shop and coffee/bakery shops were closed late afternoon. What did make up for all the disappointments were the kind, generous actions of the Night Auditor and the Security person that made me a fresh pot of coffee at 5am! 😁

My room wasn’t available until 4:55 pm. The hot water took 4-5 minutes to get warm. The gym was poorly equipped, and the only treadmill could only go faster, not slower. The music played at the pool all day was too loud. And the bar was almost always closed.

The location was the best part. Walkable to great restaurants and local shopping. The pool area was very concrete… it needs some color with plants, flowers or something to make it more enjoyable. The hot tub was very nice because it was actually hot. The property was quiet and clean. Staff was very nice. Rooms could use some updating. Beds were very comfortable. The location would bring me back but would be nice if there was some room updates and a little pizzazz put into the pool area.

This was the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. While the hotel is dated and you can see it. It is still a nice place to stay the hotel staff as a whole is very friendly. I will stay here again.

I liked the location of the hotel and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, after driving over 9 hours, we tried to check into our room and was told it wasn't ready. It was 4:00pm. We had to wait until almost 6:30pm before our room was ready. The bar wasn't open so we couldn't relax and have a cocktail while we waited for our room. Also, our friends that also had a room, didn't have any hot water in their shower. Overall, the hotel was nice but we probably won't stay here again.

Great location in Palm Springs! One block of Main Street with so many walkable options for dining. Large, clean rooms and friendly staff. Only slight negatives are relatively thin walls and valet only parking. No charge for valet but for those who prefer to self park it is not an option.

Checking in we received a bit of an attitude from the person behind the counter which was odd. Then in the evening time, so many kids running in the hallway. I was informed that security was alerted and they were trying to gather the kids. Where were the parents? Wanted to get water, the vending machine did not work, called room services and they said they would not bring me water and I had to go downstairs to get water. When I went downstairs I had to get water from the bar at $5 per bottle, seriously?

The staff was amazing, everyone was super friendly. The valet, the security guards, and the bartender all made us feel welcomed. I loved playing Bingo with the Demeag queens.
