"The location of the hotel was perfect, not too crowded yet very close to downtown Palm Springs. There was plenty of parking spots on the property. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Only complaints were the bathroom towels were not meet my expectations and the A/C was loud."

"The rooms were fairly large but the hotel is extremely dated and in need of renovation. Lots of areas just in need of maintenance, for example the wooden shutters on my first floor room were broken in multiple places and when I tried the door handle on the connecting door it fell off in my hand. I could let all that go as the price was very good for Palm Springs area, so you get what you pay for, right? However the reason for my low rating was the loud music. Thursday night they had a DJ in the bar area, even though there was literally no one in the bar he was blasting that music like he was at Coachella. I could hear it clearly all the way down the hall and in my room. I asked for them to reduce the volume, which they did, but so minimally that it didn’t matter. It played until 10pm. I was traveling alone, but if I had little kids with me trying to sleep I would have been furious. "

"We specifically rented here to be able to use the bikes they advertise. All Of the bikes were either broken or had flat tires except one. Very disappointing. The “breakfast” was not really breakfast. Plain croissants with packets of jelly and Nutella. Bad coffee. Milk that curdled. The rooms are nice and the pool and outdoor spaces are too "
