"Staying at Miracle is about knowing what you are getting into and what you want. I’ve stayed here at least 5 times now. I always get a ground floor room with pool access. I’m a hot springs aficionado; I’m here for the pools. The pools and grounds are well maintained, and accessible 24 hours. The restaurant is very good for breakfast (I haven’t tried other meals there). The big issue with Miracle is the plumbing. The last three times I’ve stayed here the room has had serious plumbing issues. This visit the handle on the water control in the shower was pretty much coming off, and the first night it was only lukewarm, the second night and next morning only completely unusably scalding. The beds are clean and comfortable, but the rooms are in desperate need of update. The drop ceiling in our entry was falling from water damage, the shower is a little moldy, the carpet is musty. But, the price was right and the pools are excellent. The room is super spacious. This place could remodel and fix the issues, but then they may be unaffordable. Also. Friday night we witnessed some serious ghetto fabulous behavior from intoxicated guests, one of whom was eventually dragged from the property by security. Also, loud children were literally playing catch in one of the pools at 11pm with nobody stopping them. And one woman was passed out on the steps of one of the pools for a very long time, a good hour, barely responding to communication. Fix the plumbing and security guys!"

"A very comfortable hotel. Located near the center of town but without all the noise. They are considerate of guests' needs - coffee in the lobby until noon (you can sleep in), ice machine and filtered water offered, sound machine for sleep, sliding door to separate bathroom and dressing room from bedroom, refrigerator with freezer that worked, very clean room, and bicycles available to ride around town. I liked the tv channels available. I watched 2 old movies on TCM on demand. I would definitely stay here again. I travel to Palm Springs several times a year to visit family."
