I had reserved a suite with a King size bed and I ended up getting a room with two queen beds. When I called reception to let them know what I had reserved the staff was very rude

The breakfast was top notch! It was nice to have a Happy Hour available on the property to go to before going to the theater but the food and the wine available was low end. Loved my stay!

The staff was nice. I was told via email that I could check in at 11 am. I could not, I had to wait until 2pm to check in because there were zero king beds available. The room that we received first had filthy carpet. The carpet needed to be cleaned. My family had white socks going in and by the time we were out the bottom of our socks were dark grey. There were spill splatters on the wall. Black mold was forming in the bathroom. The curtain track was literally hanging from the ceiling. I have a toddler and that is pretty dangerous. There was hair on a few of the towels. I told a young woman at the check in desk about the towels and the curtains. She gave me new towels and said she would send maintenance up. Maintenance arrived to the room about 30 min later and was under the impression that the handle was broken but then I showed him the curtain track was hanging. He spoke with the front desk and arrived with new to another room key. So we moved. The second room had a smaller couch but it was better. Dog poop was on the gravel and turf areas where kids could possibly play. Overall, the rooms need to be updated.

We were given a nice room. It was spacious with a separate living room & kitchenette. Free breakfast was great. I enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. Late check out was granted and much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is so old that we have to have a maintenance staff come in to change the AC and heat whenever you want to turn them on. In addition, we did have bugs in the room. We will never be back at this hotel

Hello, we were looking for the Hilton Hotel, but we ended up here and this is not a Hilton hotel. The room is very old and smells bad. I always book my hotels through Expedia, and this is the third time this has happened!

The room was spacious and clean, and there was a happy hour which included a free drink. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. The only drawback was having to pay $15/night to park in the outside surface lot.

Management terrible elevator broke in lobby all the time safety issue with disabled doors locked closes to spots for disabled. Bar manager kicked me out of bar for I don’t know reason. Curly hair new tall doesn’t know what she did!
