Close to restaurants and casino. Staff check in marginal. Need to warn trash truck will wake you up on a Saturday before 7am. Also, incorrect information on room option which is why reserved in the first place

I didn’t like the reservation system and the lack of efficient and good costumer service. The wait time on the telephone was ridiculously long at approximately 20 minutes. Although, Travelocity was far worse with a wait time of 3 hours. The reservation was wrong and couldn’t be changed.
