The staff were fine. I have been a Hilton Honors diamond level guest for over 10’years sominakna fan of Hilton hotels, but found the facilities and quality of the room and faculties simply the worst I have experienced. It only are the facilities “tired” And worn out, the cleanliness and sanitation was really bad.

Great location. Reasonable rate. Clean room and comfortable bed. Downside was graffiti on wall outside bedroom window. Expensive buffet breakfast where most others provide it for free. Cold eggs. Had to leave a day early due to family emergency. Had to request refund for the cancelled day through Expedia but have not heard back yet.

Parking was easy and covenient. Breakfast was over by the time we eent down. Coffee had already been thown out. was able to get more coffee pods from front desk, our keurig did not work wekk in room.

The hot tb was not hot, the water was cold, also you need more lighting in the pool area at night. The tub water built up while showering, the drain needs to be cleaned out. Finally, I thought the breakfast was included with the stay, I’ll have to read hotel descriptions more closely in the future. That being said, all the staff were great and friendly, good job hiring the right people.
