Welcome to the Malibu Rd Beach Bunker -

One of the largest beachfront properties on the Road. The property spans 50ft on the deepest section of beach on Malibu Rd and has landmark views of Flat Rock and unobstructed panoramic ocean views from Santa Monica Bay to Point Dume. The property features a dual gated entry and driveway with ample secure parking. Guests will enjoy a nicely flat landscaped courtyard that leads to the custom fossilized front door.

The main floor is expansive and features an open floor plan with formal dining area, living area with double-height ceiling and newly remodeled kitchen w/ a massive marble island, custom cabinetry and brand-new stainless-steel appliances by Viking and Wolf. An abundance of natural light fills the space with a large skylight and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony w/ glass railings that span the width of the house.

The primary suite encompasses the entire top floor with his and her walk-in closets, custom blue marble bathroom w/ dual vanity and water closets, skylight and soaking tub w/ ocean views. The primary bedroom features a fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony and west facing sunset views.

The bottom floor features three additional en-suite bedrooms, one of which is oceanfront w/ direct balcony access and the other has triple bunkbeds. Lastly, there is an oceanfront den, laundry room and private beach access.

It truly does not get much better than this. Centrally located off PCH in the highly desirable Malibu Rd community with easy access to world class dining at Nobu or Lucky's, designer shops in the Country Mart and countless miles of hiking at Bluff's Park and Puerco Canyon. Want to drive around in style? Moke car available for additional cost.

Stunning beachfront home
This place was beyond amazing! The house was spotlessly clean and very well taken care of and has tasteful and thoughtful furniture, and attention to detail was amazing. Big balconies at every floor level were my favorite! It was nice hanging out at the house, walking/playing on the beach, then a quick drive to the beautiful hike, shopping, and dining. The owner and the property manager (Julian) went out of their way and accommodated my last-minute request as well. My family of 4 wishes we could stay here longer!
