The place is fine. Staff was fine. Cafe and Restaurant next door never seemed to be open. Elevators weren’t working much. Carpet needed a good cleaning and the shower didnt work well. The tile has mildew in the grout. It’s apocalyptic outside on the streets but this isn’t the hotels fault.

The carpet was stained in different areas and the furniture was well worn. The bed was wonderful as well as the bathroom.If they removed the carpet and installed vinyl flooring , that would make it so much better.

Noisy, Overrated 3-Star in a Derelict Neighborhood

Some sites call this 4-star, but it’s a solid 3-star at best. Day one, the only entrance was through a café due to repairs. Check-in relies on phone codes instead of cards—awkward when juggling bags. The windows are old and useless against noise: rooftop bar music and street chaos kept me up past 2 a.m. nightly. Sleep here is nearly impossible. The bed and sheets felt substandard, my “king” room was cramped, and the layout was unfriendly. Staff wear no uniforms or name tags, making them hard to identify. The listing misleads: it’s a 20-minute walk to Crypto Arena (not 15), and many “nearby” stores are shuttered or for lease. CVS is closed, and the whole area feels derelict.

Interesting hotel…

I stay in hotels very frequently, and this was the oddest hotel I’ve ever been in. Very sterile feeling, we joked that it felt like we were staying in a prison cell or dorm. The whole vibe is supposed to be industrial I suppose, but it feels cold and sad. The furniture and room set up is drab and unusual, the bed is very low to the ground and the mattress is very thin and firm, we struggled with comfortable sleep. The shower has no curtain or door, and if someone in the room uses the toilet you can hear everything lol. We were on a high floor and there was a dance club or something going on above us and the super loud music went pretty late and kept us up. There’s not obvious signage for the place either. Location was fine, and it was clean…just not our style at all.

Excellent customer service and accomodations. Very let friendly. Bar/coffee shop had challenging hours that didn't work well for our time so that was disappointing. Rooftop area was great! Rooms were clean and overall quiet, some nightly noise but to be expected in such a large city.
