I booked the Premier Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, and everything was terrible.
1.- The room is much smaller than it looks in the photos.
EXPEDIA – It should be mandatory to include square footage to avoid these kinds of scams.
2.-The room photos show a bathtub, but the description states "bathtub or shower," subject to availability.
3.-The bathroom is basically a wooden closet—more like a wardrobe. The worst part is that it doesn’t close properly; even a slight breeze pushes the door open, meaning your partner can see you while you're using it.
4.-The room is extremely cold. Even with the windows closed, air still gets in, and the heater takes forever to warm up.
5.-The shower is completely exposed—not suitable for couples who value privacy.
6.- I had no idea how dangerous the area was. The streets are full of homeless people, and some were even bringing things inside the hotel. One night, someone followed us in without us noticing. The staff seemed used to this kind of situation and removed him immediately. I just hope they’re at least getting paid well for risking their lives like this.
