"Outstanding Hotel Near The O2"
We were warmly welcomed and graciously accommodated! Our room was beautiful and afforded an exceptional view of the O2 and the river. Very modern, yet elegant, hotel. The restaurant breakfast was a treat and the view of the river made for a most enjoyable dining experience. I do wish the hotel had operated their shuttle all day to and from Canary Wharf--that is my only "complaint".

"Welcome to London!"
I would recommend The Park Plaza County Hall to everyone! From arrival to departure our every need was met and with a smile on their faces. It was the first time my sister had traveled outside of the US and was very impressed with the room as she had heard rooms tend to be small. This was not the case at all. A modern room with a comfortable bed is a bonus after exploring all day. Minutes away from The Eye, BIg Ben and Westminster. We even walked to Buckingham Palace. Also, for you Starbucks lovers there is one about a 2 minute walk away.

"Good location but..."
Good location and easy access to Westminster station. Room was very nice and bathroom had a wonderful shower. The only problem was at check-in. We booked what looked like a good rate for location, but was still a lot, and showed a picture of a nice room with a king size bed and the hotel site showed a view of Big Ben, but the room we booked was an inside room without a window. I did not expect to view Big Ben, but for as much as these rooms go for I thought we would have a window with some kind of city view. No. I did not see anywhere in my booking that it would be an inside room and be small. At check-in we were told we could upgrade for 50 pounds per night. This was just for a window, no view to speak of, just the street. Just be aware. This rate also did not include the breakfast.

"First time to London for 40th Anniversary "
The hotel was very conveniently located near Westminister bridge. We originally thought we booked a room with a kitchen but found out upon checking in that was not the case but was able to upgrade and it was not too terribly expensive and well worth it as the room had a balcony overlooking the Thames. The kitchen was sparsely equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware but for a quick breakfast it was adequate. The room had a well stocked mini bar but we did not use it. A staff member brought some chocolates each night and that was nice. We were able to book tours easily at the Concierge desk in the lobby and they were very helpful. The rooms with kitchens are smoking rooms but the staff can adequately deodarize the room for you.

Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel

Good Evening, We had a great visit, I called to request a wake up call for the following morning at approx. 1:10, wake up call for 9:15 a.m. The night manager discovered some sort of discrepancy in my booking. There was a double booking made in error reversing my first and last name. The night manager seemed to think that was a concern, he called me back at approx. 1:30 in the morning to clear this up. I asked him if he could take care of it or what should be done, he did not seem to know what to do. After hanging up at this hour knowing I am being charged for two rooms simultaneously, I called back downstairs to see if he had resolved the problem, I said would it be better if I came down to the lobby with my credit cards, he said that would be best. I got dressed got my cards and passports out of the safe and went down to the lobby, (again at approx. 2:00 a.m.) He seemed to then be able to solve the problem and told me my card would be credited. I am just not getting why this happened and why this had to be handled in the middle of the night. We had a fantastic visit and the reception, concierge and cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. We have family living in London and do plan to return. We are sorry this happened. Thank you in advance for your time and attention in this matter. Margaret Hunt , Room 104 Our visit was from Nov. 19 - 25. We also found it quite apauling to pay 2.75lbs for a glass of still water in the restaurant, no bottle or pitcher, one glass

My husband and I stayed here in Mar 2012 for 3 nights. We were very happy with our selection and would absolutely stay here again. It is pricey, but our room was very spacious, the staff very helpful, the bar was really fun, and was a great location to stay in. Highly recommend this hotel.

"Nice hotel, short walk to major sights"
My sister and I recently stayed at this hotel (January 2017). The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was a bit small (from an American standard), but very comfortable and clean. It was but a short walk to Westminster Abbey, Parliament and tube stations (2 of them near by). The decor was modern and tasteful. The beds were lower to the ground than accustomed to, but very comfortable. Nothing negative to comment about. Would definitely recommend to someone who has never been to London before.

"The hotel met my expectations and my expectations were high."
Great location. Super clean room. Helpful staff with good advice. I have no complaints. The room had an iron and board, a good strong hair dryer, a strong, hot shower. Heated towel rack in the shower. What a world! Very quiet.

"fantastic location"
wonderful staff, very personable, everyone from front desk to restaurant staff, bending over backward to make you feel welcome. only drawback was the construction site our room looked out over, very noisy from 8 am to 5 pm. would have been nice to know about the construction before we booked the hotel.offered to upgrade us for extra pounds/night, but with only one king bed room. we required 2 twin beds but there were not any available. location was fantastic, close to everything, within walking distance. room itself was very comfortable.breakfast was excellent
