Hotel rooms small and tired but just sufficient for an overnight stay at airport. Booked in online but then had to que for 15 mins to be assigned room and key!? Charged £8.79 for two bottles (1.5l) of water to have in room. OUTRAGIOUS!

Check in was good even if the lady charged too much and had to refund me . It was done with a smile and a chat great customer service. Food here is nothing to write home about it’s plain even boring. Had chicken it was so tough I was afraid I’d break the knife. Pudding was nice. Room clean and qui et but maids ruined that with bashing their trolleys very early. I’d stay again as good price and easy commute to Heathrow airport. except

Our stay at ibis London Heathrow Airport was very comfortable and convenient. The location is perfect for travelers needing quick access to Heathrow Airport, with easy transportation options and a short commute to the terminals. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during check-in and check-out. The room was clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to rest before my flight. Despite being close to the airport, the room was quiet and allowed for a good night’s sleep. The hotel also offers a restaurant and bar on-site, which was convenient after a long day of travel. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and reliable stay near Heathrow. I would definitely stay here again.

I often stay at an ibis when I need to be by the airport. I like the convenience, that there is a restaurant, it’s quiet, clean, a good value. Breakfast is great. They seriously need to deal with the outlet problem though. In this day and age there’s no excuse for not being able to charge your phone by the bed.

It was the check in, i had a problem with, the room was good. Arrived a bit early so asked if i could store my luggage and after sitting to get there was looking forward to going for a walk, then get something to eat for lunch, Well, she said my room was done so took all my luggage up to my room to find the bed wasn't made, so asked the girl and she understood not a word of English, took me a while to act out what i was saying, hoping she may contact the desk, to see if there was another room. In the end i just said don't worry i'll tote all this back downstairs. She did find another room, so up i went again with fingers crossed. My luggage was a big, heavy suitcase and back pack for 21 days and being 77 years old was not happy
