The staff isn’t helpful. We stayed in ibis for our first and third night. We would like to store our luggages in hotel after our first night because we have to go to Birmingham. However the staff didn’t allow us to store , even we were coming back to stay in ibis for our third night. Very poor service!

Lovely hotel which was perfect for our pre travel day overnight stay. Excellent location to LHR T2/3. We uber’d from Hayes and Harlington tube station which was way cheaper than it would have been if we’d have done it from LHR. Hotel room adequate for what we needed. A little tired and in need of an update but the lobby/reception appeared to have been updated. Ironing room on our floor which was great. Had an amazing runway view room too
