My reservation could not be found. The front desk did everything to get it sorted which I appreciated. But it was a big inconvenience. I requested 2 twin beds, I was given a double. Again, more waiting. No compensation offered for all the inconveniences. But I didn't ask. Though an offer would be good. As for it having a rating of 4 star, I don't think it is. The lobby is nice but the carpets heading out to the rooms, they are beaten. The breakfast is not too shabby.

Not great. Very slow check in. No extras offered for Expedia gold (supposed to be) Moved rooms due to loud air Same loud air in all rooms Room dirty, carpet and curtains very dusty. Someone else’s poo in the toilet Hair in the bath.. Bed old and sunk-in Noisy in the corridor No privacy at window due to being right against the car park. Good breakfast at least!

On check in there were so many people waiting for the reception clerks, turned out they were also accommodating cancelled flight passengers for a meal, so that was slow and a little confusing. Once someone took charge of that the queue moved a bit quicker. But there were only two lifts and many people all with luggage needing them so that was slow. Room was clean, large bed, in room facilities for tea and coffee, fridge for water. The shower surround leaked so there was a lot of water pooling on the bathroom floor but no way to stop that. Quiet in room so we slept well and bed was comfy. Breakfast had a decent selection of items in a large dining area, some of the soft furnishings looked tied and stained but all the food areas were clean and well maintained. All in all a decent stay for a good price. Would use again in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is huge and a challenge for handicap to navigate easily, the parking area is also huge and was completely full when I checked in as there were 2 weddings booked for the weekend and I didn't see one handicap parking spot anywhere. The concierge was very helpful as was the gentleman that helped me with my luggage.
