A perfect airport hotel

A perfect airport hotel. I stay at dozens of hotels in London. This is in my top 3. Very convenient and you can even walk to Avis rental car. Staff are amazing. Will stay again

Overall experience was satisfactory, but left a bad taste, because of one incident that related to parking at the property. Although vehicle was registered, and paid for parking, kept on being charged parking violations!! Hotel was non responsive to resolve issue. Registered DISPUTE with credit card company!!

A really nice stay except for being woken up very early by housekeeping entering the room. Scared us both to death as we were still asleep and then couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards. Apart from that everything was good and the breakfast was superb, such choice! Perfect start to the day ahead

1 elevator was out of service, the other elevator made a grinding noise when the doors were opening and shutting. The shower was constantly leaking and finally gave up the ghost and ran full out soaking my wife. Got the night manager up and he managed to stop the full flow but there was a constant water flow all night. Carpets were stained all around hthe floor we were on

The staff were excellent, especially Jose who was polite, welcoming and very helpful. The bedroom was a delight with a comfortable oversized bed. The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept. Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever. Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price.

Good value so close to Heathrow.

Very quick and easy check-in, lobby and restaurant are very nice. A little dated and tired upstairs but not unpleasant. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable, lots of channels on the TV and the shower worked well. Breakfast was fine, buffet with a lot of options. Only real negatives were an excessive car parking fee and other guests being noisy in the morning, slamming doors and shouting down corridors. You will get woken up before 7am if you stay here.
