We had a brief stay at this hotel. Mainly to be at the airport for an early flight. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was for the amount of money we paid. Bed was great as was the shower.

Very easy to get to. Arrived about 6.30 on s dunday evening, reception was empty, so check in was very quick. Staff were very efficient and friendly and answered our questions. Room was very clean and comforable. Would stay again. Had problems accessing the wifi.

I stayed on the 6th floor. The smell of cooking oil from the restaurant was very unpleasant since it was on the same floor. I could smell the cooking oil smell in my room, in the hallways, and on my clothes and hair when I left :(

Service was horrible. Check in process was done by trainees. Treated like a second class citizen because I booked through Hotels.com even though I’m a Bonvoy member. When I went to take a shower, the water would not heat up. When I asked for the Wi-Fi code and instructions, the staff could care less. In good conscience I could never use this or recommend this as a good hotel if you are there to work at all. Thankfully it was clean, but there was no WiFi access unless you pay £5 / day, the staff is not helpful at all, and the hot water may come on for 1 second out of every 5 for you. Good luck if you stay here.
