There were no instructions for how to get lights to turn on. Called desk and was told the card key needed to be inserted to slot by the door. This was extremely inconvenient since there was two of us and one key. It was impossible for one person to leave room with a key without losing the lights. Never seen this before

I stayed there for a night and overall it was decent, not bad. The hotel is convenient for those catching a flight because you can catch a bus to terminal 2,3 right across the street. Little details that bothered me a bit were: the room's floor was cracking when I walk around and I can hear the same noise when the person on the top floor walks. It was annoying because it was late night and I was trying to sleep. Second things was that the bathroom's sink was clogged and it was not pleasant while using it. But overall, the room was clean, spacious as well and the personal was nice.

I arrived in at 10pm. When i got my room i realized i was placed in a disability room. I feel if i booked a particular room it should have bee placed on hold for me. Not given something due to my check in when i was able to do check in online early. When i got there bar was open 24 hours, noce but no food to be purchases. Was told theres a McDonalds around the corner which i couldnt find. Overall it was a stay for a night but i guess i was expected abit more.

The hotel is a perfect place for a night before or after your flight from LHR. Good price and lots easy transportation to airport. Enough convenient stores and places to get a bite to eat for a short stay. A good pub less than a mile away. The area out side of the property is an eye sore with trash on sidewalks but hotel property is very clean

Ok stay - wasnt very good communication on arrival as i was given my room key & told i was on the 1st floor. However after dragging my two bags the length of the 1st floor & not finding my room i went back to recpetion only to be told that i was in a seperate block opposite the hotel. The bed was not comfy & the pillows were rock hard - plelase explain why you think this is acceptable?? My room was literally over a petrol garage...However i couldn't hear any noice which was a plus. The hotel is Close to public transport & has regular buses 24/7 to the airport which is an added bonus.
