Owner Overbooked the place on another App

We had to look for a last minute place since the owner overbooked the place on another app. It was a really stressful situation. The owner never cancelled the reservation, if they overbooked it than they should be responsible for canceling it. I’m communication with Vrbo to obtain a full refund. Hopefully other people don’t have to go through that stressful situation as well.
