"We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was super nice and helpful - they held on to our bags for us before check-in and after check-out while we explored the city. They even offered for us to keep anything we didn’t need but didn’t want to leave in the car overnight so we didn’t have to lug our big bags upstairs. Loved the decor and character in the lobby and room. The only thing that was a bit of bummer is website says you park on the street in the neighborhood but there are strict limits to this during the week so we ended up having to park in a pricey garage. Imagine this wouldn’t be an issue if you’re there over the weekend but would just keep that in mind if you’re visiting on a weekday. Overall though really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend!"

"I enjoyed staying in this historic hotel; the staff were very helpful. It was right across the street from the west end of Golden Gate Park which made walking daily wonderful. The Japanese garden was lovely."

"Loved this Hotel. Nice location near Target and Bus1. Cute decor. Maid service daily. Breakfast made up per your menu selections. Filtered water (hot,cold) available. Very nice staff. Only one downside, it is across the street from the fire station so you can hear the sirens if they are called in the night. One night- two times, another night- one time, next three nights -none."

"The room was nice could have smelled better but clean. We were having my daughters wedding that weekend so all of the bridesmaids were getting ready in our room so we needed extra plates and forks and the staff was so accommodating. We also had another room for the next day and they let me check in earlier that day so I could have the key in plenty of time for the brides! Friendly staff and super helpful!!"
