Place was very clean and comfortable. We did not see a hot tub, and it was not mentioned. This is a basement property, so if you've never stayed in a basement, there is no fresh air and it can get quite stuffy. Perfect for two people, and close to grocery store and transit. Really enjoyed our visit!

This is basically a very quiet, clean 1 bdrm apartment. Basic kitchenette/eating area (minus an oven), 3/4-sized refrigerator, small bathroom with actual tub, and a decent sized "living room" with 2 couches. Queen bed (very springy; not firm!) with room in the living room for air mattresses or other small types of beds.Wonderful host!
