"You need to communicate with the hotel."
The hotel was fine but I had a major problem with billing. The hotel wasnt notified that I had prepayed with you and tried to double bill me. I've had this happen before and luckily I caught it in time. Apparently you didnt notify them that I had booked the room through you so they originally charged me for the room and parking even though I had no car in the city.

"Nice hotel in the city "
We stayed here a night after having a horrible experience at another hotel. Hotel is a bit pricy but great breakfast was included. Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and respected the privacy signs on the door. I would definitely stay here again. Only down side was the parking fee $37 for self park :/

"Grand Hotel Atop of Nob Hill- "
The Fairmont never disappoints! We have stayed at The Fairmont -Victoria and now San Francisco. I always live wishing it could be longer. Though the price point is as steep as the hill it sits on, I can tell you that they do offer discounts on certain days and travelocity made that happen for us. Also, it's ALWAYS a good idea to join their Loyalty Programs. I love Fairmonts and hope to stay again soon.

Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa

"excellent as always"
Casa Madrona is for us the only place to stay in north SFO - the staff are like family and it is a wonderful location and Poggio's below is a treat to be experienced both very early morning for latte, sitting in the delightful air there at the tables outside on the flower bordered sidewalk area & watching locals coming in and out chatting to the characters of staff attending in what seems to be a warm morning ritual, and then in the evening, when it seems diners from all over the world come to experience authentic Italian meals and add their various accents of conversations to the atmosphere - it all seems like a true 'get-away'. The rooms at CM are very clean and decorated in a tasteful and unfussy manner. Not opulent but understated 'trendy' and comfy. The staff, as always, are super kind and helpful. Rooms facing the street and with balconies have views of the harbor (which is across the street) and I think worth the price to upgrade to, if you are able to/available.

"It was a great hotel but....."
The hotel itself is pretty good, nice rooms/bathrooms, Heather was especially nice, but that's where it ends for us. If you want to do ANYTHING other than shop, don't stay here. While the hotel itself is great, the area is just plain disturbing complete with every possible noise out the window from sirens to homeless people screaming in the night to daily dumpster unloading noises. No sleeping through the night here, period. There is absolutely no possibility that you will find any relaxation of any kind here. If you walk down the street, you will always be looking over your shoulder to see who's right behind you and what they're doing? Riddled with homeless people everywhere, perpetually asking you for money(and argumentative when you don't produce). After staying here, my image of SF has literally been shattered. I won't be going back for anything leisure ever again. Wow, what happened to San Francisco?

This hotel has a very classy feel to it. It is really the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I will definitely stay here again. I used valet services and although it was a bit pricy it was a nice service to have. The staff also helped carry my luggage which right away was a huge plus for me. The systems were down when I arrived but check in was still a speedy process. There was hardly any delay with the system outage.
