"Cute vintage hotel "
It's a cute hotel, room was small but clean and comfy beds. Hotel offers no breakfast or room service but everything is walking distance. The attached restaurant is good but pricey and not a place for kids due to long waiting for service and food. The gym had two treadmills both broken. Two ellipticals one broken and the other slightly made some bumping noise. The parking is pricey and 50 - day for an SUV size vehicle. However the staff in the garage are the fastest workers I've seen, pretty much no waiting for your car, they were very friendly too. The location is great. Two or three blocks from cable car and main shopping.

"The perfect hotel for a stay at Fisherman's Wharf"
Great boutique hotel with excellent concierge services to help you plan your sightseeing! The rooms are nicely appointed, the hotel is quiet, and the hotel restaurant (Pescatore) is wonderful. For each day you choose not to have housecleaning services, you earn a $5 voucher to put toward parking, a meal at the restaurant, or the honor bar in your room. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, is a great value, and I would choose to stay there again!

"A one nighter"
My wife and I stayed here on our last night before heading home. It lived up to the Hyatt name and was excellent. All the staff were terrific. The restaurant/ bar were open, clean and just enjoyable to sit and relax. Food was great. Staff were outstanding in friendliness, service and professionalism. Our room was clean, big and comfortable. We faced the atrium and instead of just curtains to block light the room had something like a big blind that came from the ceiling all the way to the floor. Free WiFi and all the things you could require in a full service hotel. I'll stay here any time I travel to San Francisco. I should also point out that the hotel has a 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

"It was a great hotel but....."
The hotel itself is pretty good, nice rooms/bathrooms, Heather was especially nice, but that's where it ends for us. If you want to do ANYTHING other than shop, don't stay here. While the hotel itself is great, the area is just plain disturbing complete with every possible noise out the window from sirens to homeless people screaming in the night to daily dumpster unloading noises. No sleeping through the night here, period. There is absolutely no possibility that you will find any relaxation of any kind here. If you walk down the street, you will always be looking over your shoulder to see who's right behind you and what they're doing? Riddled with homeless people everywhere, perpetually asking you for money(and argumentative when you don't produce). After staying here, my image of SF has literally been shattered. I won't be going back for anything leisure ever again. Wow, what happened to San Francisco?

"Excellent Value"
The Triton is in a great location for work or pleasure. It is a bit funky and dated but it is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The relatively low rate was a big part of my overall satisfaction with the property. This will be my go-to hotel in San Fran as long as the rate stays the same.

"Nice hotel with great room and view"
Excellent room with a very comfortable bed welcomed after a 9 hour plane ride. Disappointed that the shuttle stopped from the airport before we got there. Also surprised that a hotel this caliber did not have an indoor pool, being in SF. Lovely breakfast restaurant.
