"The location was great. We used all types of transportation and sampled lots of good food in the area. The beds were comfortable, nice view, and quiet. Super great fluffy towels too! We enjoyed the outdoor area as well. Very nice hotel and will stay again."

"Hotel was in a perfect location for all the pier and excursion pick up activities that we plan (Napa Valley tour and Alcatraz). The room was clean and comfortable. The other areas of the hotel could be a bit more updated and refreshed -- carpets, furniture, elevators. One elevator was not working and there are only two which caused a bit of a wait when going to and from our room. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating :-). People should be told about the stairway -- if you go in, you may get locked in which is a bit of concern and a security issue if you are not aware. Overall, I would stay there again based on the clean room and friendly staff and location."
