"Everything was wonderful! We stayed 6 nights. We had a room with 2 queen beds in the premier (newer) side. It had a balcony over looking the pool (open 8am-8pm, heated).
Our beds were comfy, pillows were great and towels were fluffy. Plenty of hot water for shower every time. Large room. Lots of tv channels. Mini-fridge and a coffee maker (that we didn’t use, due to all of the great coffee places nearby). Housekeeping was spot-on with fresh towels every day.
We checked in too early, so we left our bags with the very polite & helpful concierge in a locked closet until we returned.
The room was quiet and we slept well each night. ALL staff was wonderful!
Excellent location….half-block to tram, trolly and bus. Food/restaurants all around. Easy UBER pick-up/drop-off. We felt safe day & night.
We will definitely return next time we are in town!"
