The hotel is clean and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the airport, we never heard a single plane until we got up at 6am. Staff is very friendly, and the hotel is located many different restaurants within walking distance.

Horribe! After an international flight we were greeted with the info that our 5 bags would have to be carried up four flights of stairs. All elevators were out of service- everything was shut down. Hotel and travelocity should not be renting out this property! I should be given a full refund!

Wow. This is the grossest hotel I have EVER stayed at. Stay away!! Room was smelly. Bathroom was dirty. Carpet was dirty. Room was SO humid. Disgusting. I want my money back

It’s a decent place for a short stay if you have an early flight out. Very disappointed that there is no airport shuttle service and evidently no plans to restore it.

For a quick overnight stay, the room was fine. Detail cleaning in the room was overlooked (dust in the corners/edges of walls) and the hotel has a very musky smell (like standing water for days smell), very heavy in the lobby and halls but less so in the room. There were some shady dealings in the parking lot during the evening but I didn't feel unsafe. Not sure if I'd return

Staff was rude, on personal phone and did not put done when I was requesting service. Paint chipping in bathroom, rugs stained and dirty. would not recommend
