Very nice hotel. A little noisy while trying to sleep due to party goers in the French Quarter. The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge $8 for bottles of water in your room. We bought bottled water at the CVS on Canal street which is less than 10 minute walk from hotel.

Front desk was professional very helpful. Made our check in so easy. Had free breakfast was delicious, but our last stay on 3/18/2025 female manager was very rude, unprofessional. Had a bad attitude for having to order a take out breakfast.

The hotel is very hard to drive to because one street is always blocked. We could not get to the hotel front door. So we called front desk. The front desk person was very rude and impatient. She just told us a garage address and hang off the phone. So we drove to the garage but the garage was all full and cars filled up all garage entrance, no one was at the garage door to help guest, and there was no sign to show the garage is associated with the hotel. We had to park the car far away and physically got to front desk to ask a person to help parking. Yes, we did choose valllet parking and paid $55 per day for parking. Very bad experience.

Friendly Staff

My mother and I are not night life people but we enjoyed chatting with staff and meals at the hotel restaurant. Parking is a little confusing the first time but once you go, it’s easy!

Booked suite with 2 queens but pay at hotel, the 1st room a 2queen but no suite offered me free drinks then 50 off a night we were celebrating my daughter 19th bday and our 21st anniversary finaliy ended with a one bedroom suite pull out couch pool side...then the fee agreed on hotel went up 200 so 850 instead of 650. never again
