I had a problem using the room key because it didn't match the diagram printed on the key card. The front desk person showed me on the pool lock. It was simple, just not like the picture on the key card.

We were in Room 314 which is a king suite with jetted tub. 1. There was only one wash cloth 2. The jetted tub has a loose handle on the cold water. I COULDN'T TURN IT OFF! After panicing several seconds, I found that if I pushed it down and turned, it shut the water off. 3. I have a similiar jetted tub at home. The two adjustments to control air in the jets does not work. The ports are closed, so all it does is pump water around. There is no air, so no 'jet'. This makes the tub rather pointless and doesn't meet expectations! After driving all day, I was looking forward to a relaxing soaking. 4. The heater sounded like a huge percolator coffee pot. At 5:00 am, I turned the heat down to 60 so it wouldn't kick in. 5. I talked to the front desk about the issues and the only comment was 'but the heater did generate heat, right?;. Really?? How about saying "we'll get right on it" or 'I'm sorry to hear about this'. I would stay again, but there should be some repairs in this room!

This is a wonderful place to stay for a while! Breakfast is always good and cheerful staff. The bicycle in the gym currently isn't working but overall the hotel is in great condition!:)

While the customer service, breakfast, and bed were really good, there were other things that were not so great. The walls were paper thin, and you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. The refrigerator in my room did not work at all. The cable channels on the TV went out frequently and only a few channels were available to watch anything. The bathroom was not very clean (rust and chipped paint above the shower, a dirty washcloth left on the rail for the shower curtain, and the toilet seat was not fully fastened to the toilet).
