How it was very convenient, traveling around from the hotel, to major attractions and bus fare was free, staff especially the Dot Boss restaurant employees, housekeeping etc, made our stay very comfortable. Thanks

I want to like this hotel because it was close to the convention center and affordable and had a great restaurant inside. BUT, I complained the first day about toenail clippings on the chair in my room. They said that it would be cleaned but it wasn't. I just avoided even looking at the chair because it grossed me out so much. If not for that it would be great.

5 star but I really wanted 4.75. Location was great. Restaurant was great. Room was amazing. Staff was very good. My only issue was this. I was at a convention and used valet parking. On the last day of the convention I checked out around 9am and asked if my car could be parked until about 3pm. They agreed and all was well. About 2pm I was heading back to the hotel a little early and I say my car parked on the street. I was a little confused so I went in and spoke to the clerk. I was told since the hotel only had two new check in’s that day there was no need for valet parking. My car was the only one left so they got it from the garage and left it on the street. Ok. I get it. Why keep staff on the books when it was just one car but they didn’t call or text to let me know. Petty? Yeah. I am a little but I will still go back and still have a 5 star. I’m just a little annoyed.
