We asked the original lady that checked us in about parking and we got an answer of valet or nothing basically but realized there is more options available however it was out of her concern (inconvenience) to advise what we were asking. Lack of care and concern for a person in the front of the business.

The hotel itself is a nice property. The problem is their staff. Despite pointing out our room had not been cleaned, it was still only cleaned once in our 4 nights there. We certainly do not want our towels replaced in a short stay, however, when you are spending so much, we do expect bins to be emptied, bed made, coffee replenished, etc. There was a payment issue with our stay and the staff were dismissive and unwilling to deal with the issue. They just kept fobbing us off and saying to speak to someone else another time. It did not get resolved and we have been overcharged approx. $500 to date, with no resolution. Expedia are blaming the hotel, the hotel are blaming Expedia. Neither seem willing to check their own records to resolve the issue, I have to do all of the work to resolve the matter. Also, we checked out early on our day of departure. The member of staff was unable and/or incapable of properly dealing with this.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Friendly and top notch! The parking was not ideal. We used Valet and were parked in an alleyway behind the building. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Area is walkable. If unable to walk longer distances the rail car provides an alternative option. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would stay again. 4/5 stars

The property was well-maintained and the staff was very nice. They were very accommodating as the property was having issues with their parking garage and their phones. Would recommend this facility to others.
